Fault Symptoms: ZRIP installation failure, unable to launch after installation, abnormal operation.
Troubleshooting Steps:
Check disk space: Ensure more than 2000 MB free disk space for software installation. Insufficient space will result in incomplete installation.
Verify C++ runtime environment: The C++ runtime installation wizard will pop‑up automatically after setup. Complete the C++ runtime library installation as prompted; missing components will prevent the software from launching.
Handling first‑time installation failure: If the initial installation fails, uninstall the previously installed ZRIP completely before reinstalling to avoid conflicts from residual files.
Check display resolution setting: Use the operating system recommended resolution when running the software. Other resolutions are not recommended and may cause abnormal UI display.
Install with administrator privileges: Right‑click the installer and select Run as administrator, disable antivirus software, then retry installation.
Check system compatibility: Confirm that the system architecture (32‑bit / 64‑bit) matches the driver and software version.
