1) Auto Material-Saving Layout
- When printing multiple images, use the Auto Material-Saving Layout feature — the software automatically arranges all images on the canvas in the most material-saving way.
- Before layout, set the horizontal/vertical spacing between elements and the canvas margin. The tighter the spacing, the more material you save, but always leave enough margin for trimming.
2) Batch Image Import
- To quickly import multiple images, click the black downward triangle below 【Import】 in the menu bar → 【Quick Import】.
- In Quick Import mode, images are displayed in border mode without loading thumbnails, significantly speeding up the import process — ideal for large batches.
3) Copy & Multiple Paste
- To print multiple copies of the same image, use Copy-Paste (Ctrl+D for one-step copy and paste) or right-click 【Paste Multiple】 — much faster than importing repeatedly.
- Multiple paste lets you set rows, columns, horizontal/vertical spacing, or choose "Fill the entire canvas" for automatic arrangement.
4) Hot Folder
- Set an input folder; drop images into it and the software automatically detects, retrieves, and imports them for printing using the configured curve — no manual importing or curve selection needed.
- Ideal for batch and repetitive printing scenarios, such as processing multiple orders at once.
5) Quick Printing
- Use 【Quick Print】 to print directly with the last-used parameters, no need to reconfigure.
- Best for repetitive printing with fixed parameters and a fixed save path; run a normal print once with your target settings to lock them in.
6) Print Queue Management
- For batch printing, use the 【Print Task Management】 queue: right-click a task and select Print Ready to let the printer execute tasks sequentially and automatically.
- Use 【Move Head】/【Move Prev】/【Move Next】/【Move Tail】 to reorder tasks in the queue.
