These warranty terms do not prejudice your statutory rights granted by the laws of your country or region. All provisions under these warranty terms shall be enforced to the extent permitted by local laws. If the warranty period specified herein fails to meet the statutory requirements of your locality, local official regulations shall prevail.
The product’s warranty rights (including all return or exchange claims) shall be void if any consumables or accessories not supplied or authorized by obziy are used. This includes but is not limited to non-official obziy ink, hot melt powder, DTF white ink transfer film, filters and any other third-party consumables & accessories.
In addition, any product malfunctions resulting from operation or maintenance not in accordance with obziy’s official user & maintenance guide shall not be covered by this warranty.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, obziy shall not bear warranty liability for the following situations. If you encounter any of the below issues, please contact customer service for solutions:
Products or components whose warranty period has expired.
Products purchased through non-obziy authorized channels, or resold units from third-party sellers.
Normal discoloration, wear and tear occurring during product use.
Failures or damage caused by incorrect, improper use, maintenance or storage, including improper operation, use outside intended purposes, improper plugging/unplugging of external devices, drops or external impact; exposure to inappropriate temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water ingress; damage, dust accumulation or breakage of the unit and its parts (such as casings, assemblies, circuits) caused by insect/rodent infestation or foreign object intrusion.
Failures or damage arising from installation, repair, modification, addition or disassembly performed by any non-OBZIY authorized institution or personnel.
Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly or casing removal without obziy’s approval, or failure to comply with official manuals and instructions.
Products or components whose original identification marks have been altered, modified or removed.
Products or components for which the user cannot provide valid purchase receipts or other documents to verify warranty eligibility.
Failures or damage induced by unauthorized, non-standard or undisclosed software.
Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues caused by use of unauthorized third-party components.
Failures or damage caused by virus infection, hacker attacks or other malicious infringement acts.
Failures or damage resulting from force majeure or accidental incidents.
Damage sustained during transit for return repair.
All other failures or damage not arising from product quality defects.
