Fault Symptoms: White‑ink powder does not shake off completely, powder‑shaking uneven, abnormal shaking noise
Solutions:
- Check whether the powder
- shaking speed parameter is correctly set on the touch‑screen.
- Verify the film passes through the shaking chamber with proper tension; overly loose or tight media will affect powder‑removal performance.
- Clean residual powder accumulated inside the shaking cabinet, powder‑falling channels and filter screens. Blocked powder residue reduces shaking efficiency.
- Check for loose fixing screws of the shaking mechanism. Tighten loose screws if abnormal rattling noise occurs.
- Replace worn‑out shaking rollers/brushes when they are deformed or heavily worn.
Fault Symptoms: No heating, insufficient drying, film sticking together after drying, over‑heating alarm
Solutions:
- Check touch‑screen temperature setting; confirm heating‑zone parameters match your media requirements.
- If no heat output, verify power supply and heater connection status.
- Keep drying‑chamber air‑inlet and air‑outlet vents unobstructed; do not cover ventilation openings.
Fault Symptoms: Media jamming, film skewing, wrinkled output film
Solutions:
- Check whether the gap of the powder‑blocking acrylic plate is properly adjusted and if excessive powder is falling off.
- Clean dust and powder residue on feeding rollers; dirty rollers cause slipping and media offset.
- Check for foreign‑objects inside the channel that may scratch or block the film path.
- Confirm the film roll is installed concentrically. Avoid excessive tension during feeding.
Fault Symptoms: Powder leaks from cabinet doors, powder escapes to outside of machine
Solutions:
- Fully close and lock all cabinet doors and access panels. Damaged sealing strips will cause powder leakage; replace sealing strips.
- Check if vacuum‑extraction fan is working normally.
- Regularly clean filter elements. Severe filter clogging leads to poor negative‑pressure dust‑collection effect.
Always power‑off the unit before carrying‑out inspection and maintenance work.
Wear dust‑proof gloves and mask during powder‑related maintenance operations.
If faults cannot be eliminated after above‑mentioned steps, take photos/videos of fault conditions and contact technical support.
