Equipment Mounting and Wiring: Remove the two bolts from the installation holes on the integrated unit, place the printer steadily into the corresponding position on the unit, align the mounting holes, then tighten the bolts to secure the device. Connect the power supply to the integrated unit and turn on the main power switch. Then plug the printer's power cord into the dedicated power interface on the integrated unit to complete the power connection.
Film threading and adjustment: Control the printer to release an appropriate amount of transfer film, smoothly thread the film into the internal film path of the integrated machine, ensuring the film is neither stretched nor bent.
Film roller alignment and installation: Remove the film roller from the integrated machine, center the transfer film, and evenly attach it to the roller surface. After ensuring the film is securely and properly aligned without any offset, reposition the roller, secure both ends with clips, and carefully verify the film winding direction to prevent reverse feeding.
Standard placement of powder-blocking film: Install the powder-blocking film so that its inner edge is flush against the surface of the transfer film, while the outer edge extends completely beyond the film's perimeter, maintaining an appropriate gap to ensure uniform powder blocking and prevent film jamming.
Tip: The outer edge of the paper take-up roller flange must be precisely aligned with the shaft groove to ensure the roller is centered. Maintain proper center alignment throughout between the film roll, printer output slot, and the machine's take-up roller. Any film misalignment can easily scratch the print head or cause film wrinkling and damage.
Follow the strict sequence from right to left when powering on: first turn on the equipment power switch, then activate the powder shaking device. Once powered, the powder mixer will automatically start running and shut off automatically once sufficient powder has adhered to the film surface, ensuring a stable powder supply. The shaking intensity of the powder shaker should be set so that excess powder on the film surface is completely removed without residue or over-shaking.
Adjust the machine's adjustment nut to the right to calibrate the unit's horizontal alignment, ensuring stable operation and preventing issues such as machine vibration or film misalignment during operation.
Note: Do not open the machine door after heating has been activated.
After completing a batch of prints, enable the continuous running mode on the printer control panel. The machine will automatically feed the film at a constant speed, continuously curing the printed patterns. After curing is complete, manually disable the continuous running mode.
Risk Notice: When continuous running mode is active, the print head moves back and forth horizontally along with the machine, which may slightly increase the risk of paper jamming or print head wear. For long-term use, contact Obziy after-sales service to optimize equipment operating parameters.
