¶ Preparation
- Safety precautions: It is recommended to wear PVC gloves before operation to prevent oil or sweat from contaminating the equipment components.
¶ Operating steps
- Use a non-woven cloth to wipe away dirt from the stainless steel guide rail. After cleaning the left side, move the print head to the far left and wipe the right side.
- Remove the grease and brush, dip the brush into the grease, and apply it to the stainless steel guide rail.
- Click the printer's operation panel to reset the print head, then apply lubricant with a brush along the left side of the guide rail, ensuring complete and even coverage.
Note: Do not allow lubricant to come into contact with components near the guide rail, such as the grating bars.
