Symptom: No response after power‑on, control panel stays dark.
- Confirm both ends of the power cord are firmly plugged in and the wall outlet works.
- Make sure the power button on the side of the machine is turned ON.
- Check if the internal fuse is blown. Replace it only with a fuse of the same rated specification.
⚠️ Do NOT install a fuse with higher‑than‑rated current.
Symptom: Screen works normally, yet chamber temperature does not rise.
- Double‑check your target temperature setting. Ensure sleep/standby mode is not activated.
- Close the lid completely. The safety interlock will disable heating if the lid is ajar.
- Overheat protection may trigger after long‑hour operation. Power off and let it cool for 30 minutes before restarting.
- If issues persist, the heating assembly may be defective. Contact after‑sales support.
Symptom: Displayed temperature differs greatly from real chamber temperature.
- Avoid frequent lid opening, which causes rapid heat loss and temperature fluctuation.
- Keep all ventilation vents free of paper scraps and obstructions.
- If sensor drift occurs, contact support for sensor calibration.
¶ 4. DTF film not fully dried, powdery surface remains sticky after baking
Symptom: Film powder is still tacky after baking cycle completes.
- Raise temperature or extend baking time. Heavy powder coverage or thicker film requires longer curing.
- Lay films flat, do not stack. Stacking blocks heat penetration.
- Ensure the lid is fully closed. Heat leakage reduces effective chamber temperature.
Symptom: DTF film becomes heavily curled or wrinkled after baking.
- Lower temperature or shorten baking duration. Excessive heat causes curling.
- Lay hot film flat on a hard surface for natural cooling. Do not fold while hot.
- Power off and check for foreign objects, paper scraps or powder residue inside the chamber.
- Powder buildup increases fan noise. Clean vents only when the unit is fully cooled and powered off.
- If fan damage is suspected, reach out to support for fan replacement.
