Recommended baseline parameter: 110‑130 ℃, 2‑4 minutes for standard DTF powder film. Adjust according to powder thickness, film type and ambient conditions.
Pre‑heat the oven before loading films. Do not put DTF films in while temperature is still rising.
For heavy powder‑coverage graphics, increase baking time appropriately.
After each batch, clean excess powder residue inside the cavity to prevent powder accumulation affecting heating and fan lifespan.
