¶ Procedure
Tools and materials: Phillips screwdriver, lint-free cloth, new film scraper blade, PVC gloves.
Safety Precautions:Always wear PVC gloves before operation to prevent oil or sweat from contaminating equipment components.
¶ Removal of the Old Blade

Adjust position: Before powering off the device, first move the print head to the center of the sliding rail to leave sufficient space for subsequent operations.

Disassemble the component: Open the side door on the right side of the printer, and through the door, locate the fixing screw on the scraper blade.

Remove the old part: Use a Phillips screwdriver to sequentially loosen and remove all securing screws, then carefully take out the old scraper blade.
¶ Cleaning and Installing the New Scraper Blade
- Bracket cleaning: After removing the old blade, carefully wipe around the blade mounting bracket with a lint-free cloth to ensure there is no dust or residue left.
- Install the new part: Align the new scraper blade with the installation position and gently place it into the holder.
- Tighten the screws: Use a screwdriver to securely fasten each mounting screw in sequence, ensuring the scraper blade is firmly installed and free from looseness.
