- The scraper blade removes excess ink and debris from the surface of the print head. Each time a cleaning cycle is performed, residual ink remains on the scraper blade. To ensure effective cleaning of the print head, it is recommended to clean the scraper blade daily.

First, use a lint-free cloth or sponge rod to remove ink stains, especially if ink has accumulated in the base of the blade or surrounding grooves. Gently insert the sponge rod sideways into the gaps to carefully remove any residue.

Then, dip the sponge rod into lubricant solution and perform a thorough cleaning to ensure the scraper blade is completely clean.
