¶ 1. Product Function
- DTF Moisturizing Liquid is primarily used to maintain ink stability in DTF printing systems, reduce the risk of printhead drying and clogging, and help equipment maintain optimal printing performance during shutdowns or low-frequency usage.
- Proper use of the moisturizing solution can effectively extend the printhead lifespan, improve printing stability, and reduce issues such as ink drying out, ink interruption, and nozzle abnormalities.
¶ 2. Precautions Before Use
2.1 Check Product Condition
- Please confirm before use:
- DTF Moisturizing Liquid has a normal color, with no obvious impurities or sediment;
- The bottle cap is sealed properly;
- It has not exceeded the recommended expiration date.
- Do not continue to use if the liquid appears cloudy, discolored, or has an unusual odor.

3.1 Routine Maintenance
- Turn off the printer and follow the device maintenance procedure;
- Use clean, dust-free tools to add or replace the moisturizing fluid;
- Ensure the moisturizing fluid is properly placed in the designated location to avoid contaminating the ink path or printing components;
- Immediately close the bottle cap after use to prevent prolonged exposure to air.

Q: How long can a moisturizer be stored after opening?
