- Do not disassemble any machine components while the equipment is powered on to avoid accidental electric shock.
- Do not touch electronic areas with hands or any tools when the device is connected to power.
- Only use the power cord supplied with this equipment. Do not use power cords from other devices, as improper cords may cause fire or electric shock hazards.
- Ensure the AC power cord complies with relevant local safety standards.
- Connect the power cord to an earthed grounded outlet.
- Do not disassemble, modify or attempt to repair the power cord, plug or any equipment components without authorization.
- Route the power cord away from areas subject to friction, cuts, abrasion, curling and twisting. Do not place objects on the cord, and avoid stepping on or crushing it.
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- Never operate the equipment unattended. Closely monitor its normal operating status while running.
- Do not disassemble or alter the equipment structure in any way. Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the operating system is prohibited.
- Long-term outdoor placement of the unit is not recommended. If temporary outdoor use is necessary, implement proper protective measures to prevent moisture and dust damage. Avoid locations that are dirty, dusty, wet, near heat sources, or prone to vibration, shaking, high temperature or high humidity.
- Prevent liquid ingress into the device, and do not operate the unit with wet hands.
- Place the equipment on a flat, stable surface.
- Do not tilt or invert the unit during storage or transportation, otherwise ink leakage may occur.
- Reserve sufficient space for cables at the rear of the equipment, and leave clearance above the unit to fully open the printer cover.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the equipment slots.
- Do not reach your hands inside the equipment during printing.
¶ Ink Handling Safety
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- Store ink out of children’s reach. Do not allow children to ingest ink or touch ink bottles.
- When handling the ink tank, ink tank cover or open ink bottles, avoid ink contact with clothing as stains may be permanent.
- If ink comes into contact with skin, thoroughly wash the affected area with soap and water.
- If ink enters the eyes, flush immediately with plenty of water. Seek medical attention right away if discomfort or blurred vision persists after rinsing.
- If ink is swallowed, spit it out immediately and seek urgent medical care.
- Continuing printer operation when low ink is indicated may damage the equipment; refill ink as soon as possible.
- Keep ink stored in a cool, shaded place away from light.
- This equipment must be used in a well-ventilated environment.
¶ Usage & Maintenance
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- Inspect the unit for damage before every use. Do not operate damaged or defective equipment under any circumstances.
- Keep the workspace clean and flat.
- Maintain the interior of the equipment clean at all times.
- Avoid locations with drastic fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Also protect the unit from direct sunlight, strong light and heat sources.
- Operating ambient temperature range: 15°C to 30°C; relative operating humidity: 30% to 80%.
- Recommended humidity range: 50% to 80%; recommended operating temperature: 20°C to 30°C.
- Operation in environments below 5°C or above 40°C is strictly prohibited.
- Self-repair of this product is forbidden. All repairs must be sent back to the manufacturer or performed by authorized professional technicians.
- Cut off the power supply before disassembling machine parts, such as replacing the print head or cutting blade.
- Use caution with the blade on the bottom of the print head during cleaning to avoid finger lacerations.
- Follow the maintenance schedule strictly. Failure to comply may result in nozzle clogging and severe printer damage.
