Read all safety notes and operation steps before use. Operators shall follow all safety rules and confirm the product is correctly assembled and functional.
Please Comply with the Following Safety Guidelines:
-
Prior to processing, evaluate whether the material to be machined will generate substances hazardous to the equipment, air purifiers, the environment, and/or personnel during processing. Never process any unknown materials.
-
Note that users are responsible for implementing appropriate protective measures based on the processed materials (including but not limited to ventilation, air purification, and wearing personal protective equipment). You must also ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations governing smoke and gas emission limits.
-
Carefully select and use materials suitable for vacuum forming. Certain materials may release toxic and harmful gases or produce irritant fumes when heated, softened or molded, posing significant safety risks. In particular, avoid or strictly restrict materials containing chlorine (e.g. PVC), benzene series, amine compounds, fluorides, phenols or aldehydes. Heating processing is strictly prohibited without complete risk assessment and adequate protective measures. Always ensure the processing area is well ventilated, equipped with suitable air purifiers, and wear complete personal protective equipment.
-
If strong pungent odors are detected during processing, or symptoms such as respiratory irritation, dizziness or shortness of breath occur, stop processing immediately and evacuate quickly to a well-ventilated safe zone. Do not resume work until all hazardous gases have fully dispersed and symptoms have subsided.
Please comply with the following safety guidelines:
-
Ensure the AC power cord meets relevant local safety standards.
-
Connect the power cord to an earthed output socket.
-
Route the power cord away from areas prone to friction, cuts, abrasion, curling and twisting. Do not place objects on the power cord, nor step on or crush it.
-
Only use the power cord supplied with this equipment. Do not use power cords from other devices, as this may cause fire or electric shock.
-
Prevent the power cord from tangling, hanging suspended, or being trapped under the heating plate.
-
Do not disassemble any machine components while the equipment is powered on, to avoid accidental electric contact.
-
Do not touch electronic areas with hands or any tools when the device is connected to power.
-
Keep the equipment under supervision during operation. If you need to leave, turn off the power and unplug the cord to prevent accidents.
-
Disconnect the power supply before use or cleaning.
-
Unplug the power plug from the socket if the equipment will not be used for an extended period.
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- Keep the equipment away from flammable and explosive materials; high temperatures generated by the unit may cause fire hazards.
- Never run the equipment unattended. Closely monitor its normal operating status during operation.
- Do not insert foreign objects into the equipment slots.
- Prevent liquid ingress into the device, and do not operate the unit with wet hands.
- Ensure an open and well-ventilated workspace during operation.
- The equipment will start immediately once the Start/Stop button is pressed. Keep your hands and all other body parts completely clear of the operating zone.
- In case of misoperation or emergency, press the Start/Stop button at once to halt pressing action and retract the heating plate.
- Do not reach your hands inside the equipment while it is running.
- Do not move or adjust the equipment during operation.
- Moving mechanical parts create pinching hazards during operation. Do not forcibly interfere with running equipment to avoid severe personal injury.
- This is a heat-generating device. Allow it to cool completely before touching, inspecting or storing after use to prevent burns.
- The heating plate reaches high temperatures during use; do not touch it to avoid scald injuries.
- Maintain safe distance between hands and the heating plate when sliding the base to prevent burns.
- Do not touch the outer casing while the unit is working, as high surface temperatures may cause scalds.
- The heating plate and processed materials remain hot after processing finishes; wait for full cooling before contact.
- Do not disassemble the equipment or alter its structure by any means. Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the operating system is prohibited.
- Children must not play with the equipment. Store the unit and its power cord out of children’s reach. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children.
- This equipment is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age, or persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of relevant experience and knowledge, unless supervised and instructed on safe operation by a person responsible for their safety.
- Do not place the equipment flush against walls or other objects during use.
¶ Usage & Maintenance
Please comply with the following usage principles:
- his product is for indoor use only.
- Do not place the equipment outdoors. Avoid locations that are dirty, dusty, wet, near heat sources, or prone to vibration, shaking, high temperature or high humidity.
- Place the equipment on a stable, non-flammable flat surface, and keep the workspace clean and tidy.
- Keep the interior of the equipment clean at all times.
- Inspect the unit for damage before each use. Do not operate damaged or defective equipment under any circumstances.
- Avoid locations with drastic fluctuations in temperature and humidity. Also protect the device from direct sunlight, strong light and heat sources.
- Operating ambient temperature: -10°C to 35°C; storage temperature: -20°C to 60°C; relative operating humidity: 30% to 80%. Operation at sub-zero temperatures is strictly prohibited.
- Do not attempt self-repair. Repairs must be carried out by returning the unit to the manufacturer or authorized professional technicians.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or equally qualified personnel to eliminate hazards.
- Do not disassemble or alter the structural design of the product in any way.
- Cut off power supply and wait for the heating plate to fully cool down before performing equipment maintenance and servicing.
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- The equipment generates extremely high downward pressure during operation. Never insert hands, fingers or any other body parts into the gap between the heating plate and base while the heating plate is lowering or lifting.
Please comply with the following operating principles:
- The dual-station platform must be placed on a level, sturdy workbench capable of supporting the total weight of the equipment and base to prevent shaking during movement.
- Ensure no debris or obstacles exist along the moving path of the dual stations; obstructions may cause jamming or equipment tipping.
- During automatic station travel or manual switching, never insert hands, fingers or any body parts between moving rails or base support structures to avoid crushing or pinching injuries.
- Do not cover flammable materials (such as paper, fabric or plastic) on the dual-station platform while the unit is running.
- The metal base and processed materials remain hot after machining; wait until they cool to room temperature before touching or removing workpieces.
- Keep moving rails clean and dry. Dust or foreign matter increases friction, impairs smooth sliding and shortens component service life.
- Regularly inspect the magnet adsorption area for metal shavings, which may compromise positioning accuracy or scratch surface finishes.
