A: This is normal operation. The timer can be started once the heating plate reaches a viable transfer temperature (which may be slightly below your set value). For best results, allow the plate to fully heat to the recommended setting before pressing the timer for a full, accurate cycle.
A: For vibrant and lasting transfers, we recommend these three essentials:
1.A Stable, Even Surface: Ironing boards or plastic tables can flex or absorb heat, leading to uneven pressure.
2.Correct Settings: Always follow the time and temperature recommendations for your specific transfer material and the garment you are using.
3.Firm, Even Pressure: Apply consistent pressure across the entire design throughout the pressing time.
A: The needed pressure depends on the project:
Firm Pressure (approx. 15-40 lbs) corresponds to the force of pressing down with both hands.
Gentle Pressure (approx. 5-15 lbs) is equivalent to the force applied with one hand.
A: A faded design is usually due to one of the following:
1.Insufficient pressure
2.Temperature set too low
3.Pressing time too short
We recommend testing on a similar material to determine the correct combination of temperature, time, and pressure for your project.
A: If the transfer isn't adhering, check these common causes:
1.Uneven Surface: Seams, zippers, or textured fabric can prevent full contact with the heat plate.
2.Incorrect Settings: Verify that the temperature and time match the recommendations for your materials.
3.Insufficient Heat Application: Apply heat to both the front and back of the design for the full recommended time.
4.Extra Touch-Up: If needed, re-press the front and back for an additional 10–15 seconds.
A: Yes. A brief temperature drop is normal when the heated plate contacts a cooler surface. The machine will quickly recover to the set temperature, and this will not affect the quality of your transfer.
A: The machine includes an auto shut-off safety feature.
It will turn off automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity to conserve energy and ensure safety.
Simply turn it back on to resume use.
